This End-User Software License Agreement is made between you, the end-user, and MujoLabs Inc., also known as Mujogiken K.K.

"Software" means all of the contents of the files (delivered electronically or on physical media), or disk(s) or other media with which this agreement is provided. Also, previous versions and copies of the foregoing, provided at any time by MujoLabs Inc.

By installing and/or using this Software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

The Software and associated logo marks are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and by international treaties. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the Software will remain the exclusive property of MujoLabs Inc. and you will not acquire any rights to the Software except as expressly set forth in this license.

1. General Use. This Software, or in its place, any prior version, may be installed and used concurrently in perpetuity by the number of users (seats) allotted and encoded in the purchased license key. You must acquire and dedicate a licence for each user concurrently using the Software. A license for the Software may not be shared or used concurrently by a number of users greater than specifically allowed by the purchased license key and agreement. You may only use this Software without a purchased license for the duration of the "Trial Period". The time remaining on the Trial Period is displayed each time the Software is used without a purchased license. MujoLabs Inc. reserves the right to declare and enforce an issued license key as invalid in the case MujoLabs Inc. has deemed the license key terms and agreement compromised due to the license key being publicly leaked or used in an unauthorized manner.

2. Distribution. This license does not grant you the right to sublicense or distribute the Software. For information about obtaining the right to distribute the Software through the Internet, on tangible media, through an internal network, or with your product or service please contact MujoLabs Inc. 3. Backup Copy. You may make backup copies of the Software, provided all your backup copies are not installed or used other than for archival purposes. You may not transfer the rights to a backup copy unless you transfer all rights in the Software.

4. Restrictions. No Modification or Reverse Engineering. You shall not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.

1. MujoLabs Inc. products and services are provided to the best of our ability. Any opinion, statement, recommendation or anything whatsoever shall not form a guarantee or warranty. Whilst we can advise you, it is your responsibility to ensure that products and services meet your particular needs.

2. In no event shall MujoLabs Inc. be liable to you or any third parties for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not MujoLabs Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of this Software.

3. The use of the Software is done at your own discretion and risk and with agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from MujoLabs Inc., its website shall create any warranty for the Software.

Without limiting the foregoing, MujoLabs Inc. make no warranty that:

i. the Software will meet your requirements.

ii. the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

iii. the results that may be obtained from the use of the Software will be effective, accurate or reliable.

iv. the quality of the Software will meet your expectations.

v. any errors in the Software obtained from MujoLabs Inc. will be corrected.

Software and its documentation made available on the MujoLabs Inc. web site:

i. could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. MujoLabs Inc. may make changes to the Software or documentation made available on its web site.

ii. may be out of date.
